Policies

UV tanners must be a minimum of 16 years of age and wear FDA-approved eye protection. Anyone under the age of 18 years old must have a signed Parent Consent form on file.

Wisconsin State Law requires 24 hours between tanning sessions. Packages are not refundable and cannot be shared or split. Per health code, skin care products are not eligible for return. All memberships have a 4 month minimum commitment, then month to month until you cancel in person.  Declined membership dues and/or declined checks are subject to a $30.00 late fee. Session credits and bundles expire in 180 days from purchase.

All prices are based on Cash, Check, or ACH. Credit & Debit Cards incur a 3.95% fee.
